The exchange of products can be made within a period of up to 7 (seven) working days after receiving the item, provided that it does not show signs of use. The exchange must be made for a piece that is available in stock on the date of exchange, it is the customer’s responsibility to deliver and remove the pieces in the studio.Customized parts cannot be exchanged as they are made to the customer’s specification.
You will receive an email when the item is shipped with the tracking code and delivery time. In the case of motoboys, only for São Paulo capital, the part will arrive within two business days after approval of the purchase.
Along with your piece you will receive a guarantee certificate, with a description of the raw materials used in their manufacture, and the ideal form of use. If the gold piece needs some repair, if it is not due to misuse, we offer the eternal repair service free of charge. In the case of gold-plated parts, we offer a guarantee of up to 6 months.
Yes, small changes can be made to our models, such as: changing bath, changing stones, engraving, adjusting the specific anatomy of each client, adjusting the size of the chains and adjusting the ring. These changes may result in changes in site values, please consult our customer service for a quote.
You can deliver your ring to the studio in person or by mail, and from there we make the necessary adjustment within 15 working days without charging up to two different numbers and 30 working days for other cases (value on request). Once the piece is ready, we’ll notify you so you can pick it up.
